CARE Ratings Limited upgraded Long Term Bank Facilities to CARE AA; Stable from CARE AA-; Stable, and Long Term/Short Term Bank Facilities to CARE AA; Stable / CARE A1+ from CARE AA-; Stable and reaffirmed the ST rating, while also upgrading Long-term bank facilities to Rs 1,652.78 to CARE AA; Stable; the rating agency noted a healthy scale of operations and operating performance, and projects improvements in Total Debt/PBILDT to 1.91x and Net Debt/PBILDT to 1.62x in FY27. TÜV SÜD South Asia Private Limited provided reasonable assurance for Apar Industries' BRSR Core indicators and Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, supporting the reliability and transparency of ESG disclosures.
